Every FELUS order is handpacked in Athens and shipped with full tracking.

Shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery from shipment: Greece 2–4 business days · European Union 5–10 · United Kingdom 7–12 · United States & Canada 7–14 · rest of the world 10–20.

Rates. Greece and Cyprus: BOX NOW lockers €3, DHL Express €10–15. Europe: €5 on orders under €70, €15 from €70–€299.99. Rest of the world: €10 under €70, €25 from €70–€299.99. Shipping is free on all orders of €300 or more, applied automatically at checkout.

Customs. For orders outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on any item. Pieces must be unused and unworn, in original condition with tags attached and original packaging, including the dust bag. Write to dear@felus.shop with your order number to begin — please don't ship anything back without requesting first. Return shipping is deducted from your refund by zone (Greece €6 · EU €15 · UK €22 · US & Canada €30 · rest of world €40). If your piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll cover return shipping in full.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
