Shipping policy
All FELUS orders are handpacked and ship from Athens, Greece.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
All delivery times below are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include processing time.
Greece: 2–4 business days European Union: 5–10 business days United Kingdom: 7–12 business days United States & Canada: 7–14 business days Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected or paid by FELUS and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with full DHL tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@felus.shop.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at hello@felus.shop and we will investigate with DHL on your behalf. In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@felus.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. FELUS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
