Caring for your ION
Raffia is a natural, living material. With proper care, your ION will develop a beautiful patina over time — aging the way leather should but rarely does. Here's how to keep it at its best.
Daily care
Carry with clean, dry hands when possible. Raffia is naturally resilient, but oils and lotions can darken the fibers over time.
If it gets wet
Let your bag air dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a hairdryer, radiator, or direct sunlight to speed the process. Raffia recovers well from light moisture.
Storage
Store your ION in the cotton dust bag provided, in a cool, dry place. Stuff the interior with tissue paper to help it hold its shape. Avoid stacking heavy items on top.
Cleaning
Spot clean with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and let the area air dry completely. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or washing machines.

The Φ leather charm is made from natural leather that will develop its own patina with time. No special care needed — it's designed to age alongside your bag.
A note on aging
Your ION is not meant to stay pristine. Like all natural materials, raffia evolves. The weave may soften slightly, the color may deepen, and the texture will become uniquely yours. This is by design. A FELUS bag in ten years should look earned, not worn out.
