We take on a limited number of custom requests — for the customer who has something specific in mind, or is drawn to a FELUS piece but wants it to feel entirely her own. Every request is reviewed individually, and we're honest with you from the start about what's possible.

What may be possible

A custom request might mean a different color, a small detail, or an adaptation to an existing FELUS style. What we can actually make depends on the design itself, the materials available, our production capacity, and your timing — so we can't promise that every idea can be made. What we can promise is that we'll look closely at your request and tell you plainly what we can and can't do.

How it works

  3. We confirm what is possible.
  4. We share the price, timing, and payment details.
  5. Your piece is made after confirmation.

To help us understand your request, please include:

  • The FELUS style you're interested in, if applicable
  • Preferred color or requested detail
  • Intended use or occasion
  • Desired delivery date, if relevant

Can I request a custom color?

Sometimes — color is one of the details we look at for feasibility, depending on materials and finishing at the time of your request.
