- Prices
- DDP in US dollars. Unit prices include US freight, import duty and customs clearance, delivered to your door by DHL Express. Nothing further to pay on arrival. Invoiced in USD at a fixed trade rate.
- Minimums
- DDP from $2,500. Below that, orders ship EXW Athens from $1,000 opening and $500 reorder, collected by your forwarder or on your own carrier account, with duty and clearance for your account.
- Opening terms
- Orders confirmed by 31 October 2026 carry a scaled discount on goods value: 4% from $2,500, 6% from $5,000, 8% from $10,000. One discount only, not combinable, subject to the deposit being received within 14 days of pro forma.
- Deposit
- New accounts: 50% on pro forma, due within 14 days; balance before shipment. Returning stockists: 30% on confirmation; balance net 30 days from invoice date. For orders covering both delivery windows, the window-two deposit is due no later than 30 November 2026.
- Delivery
- Window one: 20 January – 20 February 2027. Window two: 20 March – 20 April 2027. Each window is invoiced separately, and window two ships once window one is settled. Pieces from available stock ship within 14 days of deposit.
- Import duty
- DDP prices include US import duty at the rates in force on the date of order confirmation. FELUS absorbs any subsequent increase of up to 5 percentage points on the raffia line; above that, FELUS invoices only the amount above 5 points, at cost and supported by the customs entry. If that amount exceeds 10% of the goods value of a delivery, the buyer may within 7 days of notice either take that delivery EXW Athens, or cancel that delivery, in which case the deposit is refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% of the goods value of the cancelled units.
- Late payment
- 1.5% per month on overdue balances. Reorders are held until the account is settled.
- Custom colourways
- Any current style can be developed in a new colourway for one retailer. The minimum per colourway and the lead time are agreed per order, a customisation fee applies, and custom lines cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- The pieces
- Each raffia bag is handwoven. Slight variation in tone and weave is inherent to the craft and is not a defect.

Write to us with the pieces, colourways and quantities you would like. We reply with a pro forma the same day, and settle delivery, terms and any adjustments together by email.
Showroom appointments in Athens are welcome, by arrangement.
