The fringe is not an afterthought — it is cut strand by strand in the Athens workshop, from the same sun-dried Madagascar raffia as the body of the bag, so it moves the way the weave breathes. Underneath it sits the full ION construction: days of handweaving in Madagascar, leather trim fitted in Greece, and a serial number of its own — the whole journey is told in The Craft.

FAQ
Is raffia waterproof?
Raffia is a natural fiber and is not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture. If your bag gets wet, let it air dry naturally — never use a hairdryer or direct heat.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Each ION is handwoven individually, so slight variations in weave, texture, and tone are natural. These aren't defects — they're the signature of the artisan who made it.
How should I store my ION?
Store it in the dust bag provided, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Stuffing the interior with tissue paper helps maintain the shape.
Can I return my bag?
